Individual Bereavement Counseling | $5,000

  • Provide personalized support and guidance for (1) year to an individual struggling with loss.
  • Utilize our skilled bereavement counselors for one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to their needs for up to 13 months following their loss.

Family Bereavement Counseling | $10,000

  • Support a family for (1) year as they navigate the complex emotions of grief together, in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Our skilled bereavement counselors offer group counseling for people of all ages, helping them find solace and adjust to their "new normal" for up to 13 months following their loss.

Vital Enhancements to the Mary Ann Tully Hospice Inn | $10,000

  • Help us create a more peaceful and comforting environment for patients and families at the Mary Ann Tully Hospice Inn.
  • Your gift can support upgrades to the facility, including meditation rooms and artwork, to promote healing and serenity.

Caregiver Center Support | $20,000

  • Supports (5) families to empower caregivers while enhancing the quality of life for patients.
  • Your gift will support educational programs, resources, and financial assistance to help caregivers navigate the challenges of their role and find strength in the community.

Charitable Care Fund | $50,000

  • Supports an essential fund that ensures that every patient, regardless of their financial situation, receives the compassionate care they deserve.
  • Your gift can provide ample nursing care, home health aide assistance, and other vital services.
